It Started with a Simple Question

In 2005, I entered the silicone industry and saw a market filled with heavy, industrial products designed by machines, not for women.

I founded SyncoSil in 2009 with a single mission: Women designing for women. We don’t just manufacture bras; we engineer confidence, solving real pain points like lack of support and skin irritation.
